Featuring 14" carbon steel shell SA-106 Gr. B with SA-240 304L tubeside construction. The vessel has (154) 3/4" x .083 SA-249 304L tubes. Tube to tubesheet joints are seal welded with a Halide leak test performed in strict accordance with SNT-TGC-1A. Radiographic examination in accordance with ASME Sec. VII Div. I UW-52. Carbon steel components were finished with a 3 coat epoxy paint system for use in corrosive environmental service.
